Job Description

The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for:

- Develop process maps
- Assist in re-developing & re-engineering procure-to-pay process
- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial operations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across departments.
- Assist in developing chart of accounts in the organisation's new ERP
- Assist in the implementation of financial systems and tools as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Analyst should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Exposure with Procure to Pay
- Strong systems and excel skills (ability to deal with large data sets)
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Extremely strong communication skills and business partnering abilities
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations in Melbourne.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
