What will you do?

Due to continued workload and growth opportunities in Western Australia, we are currently looking for an experienced Rail Engineer to join our team. Your experience and knowledge will be highly regarded, and you will play a crucial role in delivering a variety of high-profile infrastructure projects. Specifically, you will:

- Lead production of technical deliverables in railway track and civil engineering, including reviewing and checking all disciplines as required.
- Promote innovation and ensure the application of best engineering practices and design tools.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to produce high-quality project deliverables for complex railway and civil infrastructure designs.
- Develop and maintain client relationships at project and local market levels, promoting business development opportunities.
- Work closely with our network of senior professionals, engineers, designers, and drafters to share knowledge and broaden your skills.
- Contribute actively to our high-performing, friendly, and collaborative culture.

What can you bring to the team?

Minimum 6 years of experience in railway track and civil engineering roles, including projects related to freight and/or passenger railways within WA or wider Australia. Experience with PTA projects is preferred.

Knowledge of railway planning and design, especially track alignment, earthworks, and the inter-relationship with drainage, geotechnical, and structural disciplines across various project stages.

Knowledge of various railway engineering elements, including electrified passenger railways, will be highly regarded.

A passion for delivering high-quality projects in a collaborative team environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and membership of a relevant professional institution. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent overseas recognition is preferred.
