Exciting opportunity for a Rail Specialist to join a friendly and supportive team at our Perth office. In this role, you will support the rail project delivery for one of our tier-one mining clients and will:

- Provide key methodology and constructability inputs to scope development and design packages for complex rail projects. This will include fixed assets, ballast cleaning and track renewal.
- Undertake site inspections to validate asset conditions and area constraints to project delivery.
- Develop site layouts and preliminary civil enabling packages for review with Client execution teams, including sequencing assessments and validation for the project works.
- Develop environmental and third-party approval requirements and strategy for project delivery, in conjunction with a dedicated environmental team.
- Advise on strategies for material management in work package locations, including inputs to swept path analysis, road interactions and other logistics.
- Review detailed designs from the site constructability perspective that will help to produce relevant and high-value brownfield solutions.

**We're looking for a Rail Specialist who is ready for a challenge. We hope you will bring**:

- Relevant diploma or certificate qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the rail industry and demonstrated experience working within the heavy haul environment
- Experience in construction methodology and reporting.
- Understanding of rail operations, site requirements for rail construction works and material management
