About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Senior Account Executive to join a close-knit team in Shepparton. You will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, build and strengthen long-term relationships, and play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and expand a portfolio of insurance clients across multiple sectors
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain trusted relationships
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and coverage
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

To be successful in this role, you will have

- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
- 4+ years of insurance industry experience (broking)
- Proven success in managing client portfolios and generating new opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport
