We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a National Account Executive to join our Sales team in Melbourne, Australia

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the National Account Managers in the development and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans.
- Support the National Account Managers in their weekly financial reporting routine.
- Manage key weekly and monthly reporting routines for the account team, including tracking Joint Business Plan (JBP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
- Manage the claims process for the team, processing weekly outstanding claims and investigating anomalies.
- Support the build of effective promotional plans and execution, which forms part of the account planning process, including new line submissions and pricing queries.
- Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through effective collaboration with the category and marketing teams.
- Support the National Account Managers to submit a sales forecast along with assumptions for sign off at monthly demand meetings.
About you:
- Previous experience in FMCG sales, category, marketing or relevant account management disciplines highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise way
- A can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team
- A desire to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- A clear vision for your future career in sales and account management
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Business or a related discipline
- Eligibility to work in Australia, with full working rights
