Key Responsibilities

- Perform emergency “make safe” works to mitigate further damage

- Prepare detailed reports and quotations on damage, including content inventories

- Carry out mould remediation, structural drying, and fire restoration services

- Set up and use specialised restoration equipment

- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to ensure clear communication

- Maintain high Health and Safety standards

- Potential for travel to provide support during catastrophic events

- Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters

Requirements

- Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning (experience in building restoration, carpet cleaning, or trades is a plus)

- Willingness to travel and respond to after-hours work as needed

- Valid driver’s license and police check

- A valid White Card is essential for this role and will be required if you progress beyond the interview stage
