Ensure effective and efficient on-site management of all security and safety aspects of the Site in accordance with the MSS Security Standing Instructions and site operating procedures (SOPs).A sign on and retention bonus is on offer for candidates who apply and hold a current NV1 clearance. The sign-on and retention bonus comprise a $5000 T&C'S apply**About the role** The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to our client based in Perth City this is a Monday to Friday role starting at 6am finishing at 4pm You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, be the face of MSS Security, as the security supervisor you will manage a small team of 5-8 people.**Duties include but are not limited to:*** Managing the team* Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection* Perform screening of all personnel entering premises* Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems* Provide exceptional customer service* Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary* Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required**Skills and experience*** You must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered for this role* Must be an Australian citizen* Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license* Exceptional customer service and communication skills* Current WA driver’s license (C- class is preferred)**Benefits and perks*** Free parking onsite* Work life balance* Security awards night* Aim program* Training and development* Uniform is provided## **How to apply**MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
