Your Role as an Early Childhood Educator

As a valued member of our team, you will work alongside experienced Educators and the Centre Director to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.

About the Role:

- Assist in planning and implementing interactive learning activities.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children’s growth and development.
- Build strong meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Support children’s independence, problem-solving, and social skills.
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborating on educational programs.
- Assist with documentation and daily administration tasks.

About You:

- A passion for working with children and fostering their learning journey.
- An ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with children aged 0-6 years old.
- Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Training.
- Working with Children Check (for employees), National Police Check & Mandatory Reporting training.
- Full Australian working rights.
