The opportunity

Are you passionate about shaping young lives and supporting families in a Christ-centred environment? Our Marion OSHC team is looking for casual staff who want to bring energy, care, and creativity to children’s learning beyond the classroom. From fun-filled activities to everyday moments of encouragement and connection, this role lets you walk alongside children in their growth. About you

You’re someone who enjoys working with children and brings patience, positivity, and creativity to every interaction. You thrive in a team environment, are flexible to the needs of the program, and find joy in supporting children as they grow.

It is expected that applicants will:

- Be a suitably qualified educator with a minimum Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Meet individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care & recreational philosophy of the programme
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a current Working With Children Check, have completed Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care (RRHAN-EC) training, and Protective Practices training or be willing to complete these upon commencement.
