Siniat is one of the flagship brands of the Etex Group. Etex Australia manufactures and supplies Siniat wall and ceiling solutions to the local market and is the only Australian manufacturer of plasterboard and metal systems to offer a carbon-neutral opt-in program on a wide range of locally made products.

What you'll do

We are looking for a pro-active Channel Account Manager, to form part of a high-performance team. You will be responsible for improving revenue and executing sales strategies for a geographical area by developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Siniat channel to market, builders and contractors.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and recommend business development opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, builders and contractors with an aim to ensure continued success and profitable growth

- Develop strategic plans to grow market share by maintaining regular and effective call cycles

- Ensure the sales channels to market and end users are fully trained in Siniat branded products and systems

- Ensuring our CRM is regularly updated

What you'll bring

- Proven sales experience in the building and construction industry, with a successful track record in developing sales through a distributor network

- Strong written and verbal presentation skills together with well-developed negotiation and time management skills

- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems ie: Salesforce

- Results driven, confident, focused and self-motivated with a proactive attitude

- Thrive in a competitive environment demonstrating superior business acumen, innovation and strategic thinking
