**BUSINESS MANAGER ANZ - AGRICULTURE/INDUSTRIAL**:
Our team in **Melbourne** currently has an opening for a **Business Manager ANZ - Agriculture/Industrial**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Company as a Business Manager ANZ - Industrial/Agriculture based in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager ANZ, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customers, facilitating the development and growth of new and existing customers and product opportunities, leveraging all communication channels including digital resources. You will be results driven, have strong solutions-based selling skills and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams and be results driven. You will be a strong communicator with a high attention to detail and enjoy problem solving. You will have proven Microsoft Outlook Excel skills and can juggle and prioritise multiple tasks with a customer focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities at a customer, market and supplier level through the effective management of the commercial team and with the close cooperation of the Supply Chain Managers
- Operating as an effective leader, provide focus and direction to a commercial team of 3 members
- Oversee the commercial strategy for the Industrial/Agriculture market across ANZ
- Accountable for the effective management of pricing and contract negotiations, in conjunction with Supply Chain, manage stock to appropriate levels balancing customer excellence/satisfaction whilst minimising working capital, contribute to the development and maintenance of the BU strategy and highlight market changes and new business opportunities
- Achieve budget targets as set by the business
- Credit terms and debtor management

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant postgraduate qualifications is preferred
- Minimum 10 + years’ experience in industrial / agriculture related industries with a significant proportion of this time spent in commercial roles
- Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience leading commercial teams with evidenced sales results and service excellence outcomes
- Proven track record of leading change, improving engagement and delivering results
- Working knowledge and experience in the chemical industry advantageous
- Have familiarity with relevant Regulatory bodies
- Results orientated with strong solution-based selling skills
- Must have a best practice continuous improvement and customer excellence mindset
- An agile, highly collaborative, and early adopter mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Digitally savvy, self-motivated, ability to prioritise and take initiative, strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships; build credibility and trust with internal stakeholders and customers
- Have experience in leading a team
- Ability to travel as required for customer visits
