About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated team member to join us as a Corporate Accountant in Rowville, VIC. This is a busy role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for the execution and management of a variety of accounting practices, including accounts receivable and payable, reconciling the general ledger, compliance with the relevant authorities and implementing internal control procedures.

Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting & Processes

- Accounts Receivable & Credit Risk Management

- Accounts Payable & Cash Control

- Supporting the payroll process

- Oversee and assist Contracts Administration

- Other Adhoc Accounting Duties

About You

- Experience and qualifications in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties and functions.

- Understanding or ability to obtain understanding of Contract processes.

- Experience in payroll processing and compliance including payroll tax and workcover.

- Experience in the preparation and lodgment of BAS, FBT, and GST statements.

- Understanding of Accounts terminology, processes, and procedures.

- Experience in implementing process and procedures.

- Excellent Data Entry skills, including high level of Accuracy.

- Disciplined to work autonomously and within a team environment.
