LSH Auto is excited to offer a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the automotive industry who wish to contribute during an exciting period of growth. As a Sales Executive, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Proven performance could lead to a permanent role.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £25,467 plus uncapped commission and a company car or car allowance

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong sales background (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
- Self-motivated, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for vehicles and achieving sales targets
- A valid UK driver’s license
