We’re looking for a Head of Technology to shape and scale the digital technology landscape across the region — driving performance, stability, and innovation across all eCommerce and omnichannel platforms.

About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing digital technology strategy, infrastructure, and applications across the APAC region. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and customer-centric technology solutions that power growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

- Set the digital technology vision — lead strategy, architecture, and delivery aligned to business goals.

- Drive innovation — identify and integrate emerging technologies to elevate customer experience and efficiency.

- Oversee eCommerce platforms — ensure reliability, performance, and scalability across all digital channels.

- Strengthen cybersecurity and governance — safeguard data and digital assets across all touchpoints.

- Lead cross-functional delivery — collaborate with retail, marketing, logistics, and global teams to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.

- Manage vendors and technology partners — ensuring quality, value, and performance.

- Build and empower teams — mentor and grow a high-performing digital technology function across APAC.

- Deliver results — manage budgets, ensure projects are delivered on time, and drive measurable performance improvements.

What You’ll Bring

- 5–10 years’ experience in a senior digital technology or eCommerce leadership role within retail or a similar fast‑paced environment.

- Proven experience leading digital transformation across complex, multi‑country environments.

- Strong understanding of OMS, PIM, eCommerce platforms, middleware, BI systems, and mobile technologies.

- Strategic thinker with hands‑on experience in system architecture design and development.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- A proven ability to drive performance, uplift user experience, and inspire teams.
