About the Opportunity

Liverpool Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic leader to drive excellence in Perioperative and Endoscopy Data and Clerical Management. This role blends high-impact data stewardship with strategic staff coordination, system oversight, and expert reporting to shape safer, smarter patient care. If you are ready to lead innovative projects, champion data integrity, guide teams and support service and research, this is your moment to contribute at one of NSW’s top health facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Perioperative Data and Administration Manager (PDAM) is responsible for all activities needed to ensure the integrity of data and compliance of the Operating Theatre (OT) and Endoscopy Information System (SurgiNet, ProVation). This includes the production of time-critical reports, assessment and high-level analysis of reports and dissemination to relevant stakeholders. This role also oversees systems administration, including provision of technical support and training for SurgiNet and establishing processes and training for planned or unplanned system downtimes. It also includes day-to-day management of the Administrative staff within Peri-operative and Endoscopy Services and contributes to the management and interpretation/analysis of data for Facility and Local Health District projects.

Where You’ll Be Working

Liverpool Hospital is a major health service for south-western Sydney, offering a wide range of services including critical care, trauma, neonatal care, and brain injury rehabilitation. It is a key teaching facility for UNSW Sydney and Western Sydney University with 23 operating theatres and a capacity of 877 beds. The hospital is undergoing a redevelopment as part of the Liverpool Health and Academic Precinct to transform clinical services, research and teaching facilities, and equipment.

Working at Liverpool Hospital means being part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to exceptional patient care, with opportunities for professional development and career progression. The location provides convenient access to public transport and local amenities.
