Your key responsibilities will include:

Franchisee Support & Business Growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to drive studio success.

- Assist franchisees in optimising key revenue and profitability drivers.

- Provide proactive support to underperforming sites to close performance gaps.

- Help franchisees secure new BFT locations and expand their footprint.

Operational Excellence & Brand Standards

- Implement and refine the BFT presales model in collaboration with senior leadership.

- Conduct regular audits to uphold brand, operational, and sales standards.

- Ensure best practices are followed across all franchise locations.

Reporting & Performance Insights

- Deliver performance reports highlighting concerns and opportunities.

- Track key metrics, including member growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Member Engagement & Experience

- Work with franchisees to develop innovative strategies for member retention and engagement.

- Ensure all sites provide a best-in-class experience aligned with BFT’s industry-leading standards.

ABOUT YOU

- Passion and experience within the health & fitness industry (3 years minimum)

- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills

- Experience in franchise management (strongly preferred but not essential)

- Business acumen – strong understanding of P&Ls and benchmarking reports

- Attention to detail & time management – ability to work autonomously and within a team

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

- Member Growth – Key milestones, including presales and retention at 12 & 24 months

- Profitability Growth – Supporting franchisees in achieving sustainable financial success

- Operational Efficiency – Improvements in site processes and brand compliance

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of BFT across the region, work flexibly, and be part of a high-performing global team.
