HEAD OF SALES QUICK SERVICE RESTAURANTS - FRANCHISE
£75k + commission + share options | Hybrid – London based (Victoria Station) & remote up to 2 days per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Head of Sales for our fast‑growing Quick Service Restaurant division, you will architect and execute franchise sales strategy for multiple brands, including SoBe Burger, Ivan Ramen and upcoming concepts. This high‑impact leadership role blends sales acumen, strategic foresight and exceptional people management, with responsibility for an ambitious pipeline of future franchise openings aligned with aggressive expansion targets.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Pioneering Growth Strategy: Create and execute the QSR sales strategy, using market data, competitive intelligence and performance metrics to prioritise high‑potential territories and partner demographics.
Performance & P&L Accountability: Set, monitor and enforce data‑driven targets across the pipeline – prospecting volume, conversion rates and net new franchise launches – aligned with QSR P&L goals.
Cross‑Functional Onboarding Excellence: Act as executive sponsor for Operations and Launch teams, designing a seamless, high‑velocity onboarding pipeline and removing bottlenecks for right‑first‑time execution.
Franchise Value Maximisation & Retention: Lead operations teams to monitor and improve financial performance, maximise partner lifetime value and prevent critical churn.
Team Leadership & Capability Building: Recruit, train, mentor and manage Development Managers, scaling the team as business expands.
Strategic Market Intervention: Collaborate with Operations and Finance to launch high‑impact commercial and discounting strategies that accelerate market share and optimise partner base quality and size.
Executive Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reviews and accurate forecasts to the Managing Director and Executive Team, articulating drivers, risks and corrective actions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of complex sales/commercial leadership experience
- Experience building a full‑fledged team from foundation to scale
- Strong commercial and management background
- Innovative thinker capable of creating new models in new regions
- Passion for great food and entrepreneurial mindset (hospitality experience not required)
- Top‑tier degree from a recognised university
- Street hustler, prepared to ‘get stuck in’ and close deals
- Hard worker, decisive, comfortable finding order in chaos
- Strategic thinker, able to elevate business beyond day‑to‑day tasks
- Flexible, willing to take ownership beyond core responsibilities
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
