Larm Consulting is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementation, business process improvement, and ICT transformation projects across sectors such as logistics, mining, and infrastructure.
You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions—supporting full project lifecycles from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation optimisation.
Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
? Liaising with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to define, validate, and prioritize requirements.
? Ensure business and technical requirements are accurately captured and aligned with project objectives.
? Provide recommendations to improve business processes, system performance, and user experience.
? Maintain effective communication between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
? Support change management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
? Maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across projects.
? Providing support and training to users on new processes and systems.
? Identifying opportunities for technological improvements.
? Developing business cases and feasibility studies for proposed changes.
? Ensuring solutions align with business strategy and compliance requirements.
? Assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems.
The relevant qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Systems, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline—such as Business Information —is an advantage. Professional certifications such as BCS (British Computer Society) Business Analysis, IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, or Agile methodologies are highly regarded.
Relevant skills:
? Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis, ICT project delivery, or ERP implementation.
? Proven track record in business process improvement and stakeholder management.
? Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and change management frameworks.
? Strong analytical and documentation skills – BRDs, test cases, functional specs.
? Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, PHP, CSS3, and advanced Excel.
? Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
? Bilingual (English/Spanish) will be an advantage to discuss with South American clients
