This role will play a fundamental role in creating & delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring that all customers and visitors are assisted accordingly in a warm, professional and friendly manner.***A snapshot of the role;**** Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors to the buildings* Provide registration support and issue access passes and visitor passes* Conference and meeting room scheduling and support* Respond to enquiries from internal and external customers* Receive incoming deliveries and manage the distribution* Provide Event support to large in-house Atlassian events as required* Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all timesThe ideal candidate is a fun, charismatic, people-person, whose intrinsic purpose is to build a sense of community, connection, and belonging through delivering the best in class service in the workplace.You will have relevant experience either in hospitality, concierge or front desk roles, with great customer service skills.* A pro-active, can-do attitude and a willingness to support a range of tasks from reception coverage, to email and ticket response and event set up.* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills required* Ability to work with fellow colleagues and other wider team members* Build rapport and cooperative relationships with customers and visitors* Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace***What you can expect from us:*****As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
