About the role

A Clinical Care Coordinator provides leadership and clinical support to residents and the care team. You will:

- Drive a continuous improvement culture
- Act as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
- Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
- Lead care planning in line with current standards
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation management

You’ll be someone who is empathetic with experience in an aged care setting. You’ll also have:

- A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
- Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC
