Opal Packaging Plus is an industry-leading packaging and consumables business across Australia. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal team as our site in Pemulwuy, NSW is currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to come onboard

This role having a blend of hands‑on and admin focus – some of the key duties of this role include:

- Manage stock and administration tasks for the Pemulwuy site

- Loading and unloading trucks, using high-reach forklifts

- RF scanning and receipting stock into the warehouse

- Planning inbound and outbound deliveries

- Invoicing completed orders into the WMS system

- Coordinating incoming and outgoing pallets

- Ensuring that documents are filed correctly

- Assisting cross-functional teams by addressing any internal enquiries

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

- 2‑3 years’ experience in a similar role within a warehousing or logistics environment

- A current high‑reach forklift licence & experience (this is a requirement for the role)

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

- A safety and customer‑focused mindset

- Experience using an RF scanner

- Meticulous, organized and accurate data entry skills

- Good organizational skills – communication, teamwork, and time management
