Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to energize a collaborative commercial team including contract and finance specialists and commercial administrator, working on a major infrastructure project in Sydney.
You will have opportunities to build a long-term career with an employer who fosters a high performing, transparent and accountable culture. You will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and proven technical expertise to lead the commercial aspects of the project including contracts management, negotiation and dispute resolution.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law or Finance
- a collaborative management style to build a close, outcome focused team
- strong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skills
- experience with Defence contracts will be highly regarded
- stakeholder and client engagement experience.
