- Grow the Market: Drive new business across VIC, targeting high-potential accounts and unlocking fresh opportunities.
- Innovate with Purpose: Collaborate with customers to deliver packaging solutions that are not only sustainable—but smart, stylish, and tailored to their brand.
- Maximise Value: Deepen relationships with existing accounts, increase wallet share, and grow margins.
- Lead with Insight: Identify market trends and product innovation opportunities that set PaperPak apart.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in sales or account management—retail background? We’d love to hear from you
