Practice/Office Manager Murrumba Downs, QLD

About the Role

As a Dental Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a busy dental centre, ensuring smooth practice management and delivering outstanding service to both patients and clinicians. These are front-of-house roles where professionalism, attention to detail, and a calm, polished demeanour are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome patients, managing all front-desk operations
- Schedule appointments, manage calls, patient records, and financial transactions
- Support dental specialists with their daily coordination needs
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience through clear communication and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting practice environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement through team meetings and feedback
- Ensure accurate billing under the correct service provider
- Prepare end-of-month reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Business Management
- Previous experience in the dental industry, ideally in a receptionist or treatment coordinator capacity
- A solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, with the ability to stay composed and courteous under pressure
- Experience with roster preparation and daily scheduling
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in dental software and general computer applications
- A team-player attitude and genuine enthusiasm for patient care
