  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and infection control protocols in the clinical area, ensuring a safe environment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, providing post-treatment instructions and advice.
  • Help coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are followed.
  • Assist with financial arrangements and help patients understand their treatment costs and payment plans.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing phone and email inquiries.
  • Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Organize and manage the shipping and receiving schedules for aligners and other dental products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to and from the clinic, coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist with packing and dispatching aligner trays and other materials for patients or clinics.
  • Monitor stock levels of dental supplies, assisting with inventory control and ordering of materials as needed.
