The Projects Administrator, reporting to the Project Manager, will provide administrative support to the Property Operations team to help ensure the successful execution of projects for The Star Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Property Operations team.

A few of your responsibilities

- Manage project accounting - raise POs, track spend, process invoices and procurement
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems
- Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes promptly
- Draft project communications
- Coordinate project team activities
- Support compliance with regulatory and audit standards

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in business administration
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail, coordination and organisational skills

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting project delivery through efficient administration. With strong skills in coordinating teams, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance, you thrive in dynamic environments where precision and collaboration are key.
