What role will you play

As the Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of facilities and building maintenance services across our Brisbane locations that comply with all codes and regulations, meet service requirements, and ensure a safe and secure work environment for all building occupants and visitors. More specifically you will:

- Maintain the property's appearance by ensuring terraces and gardens are always clean and attractive, while also conducting a daily check of common facilities and equipment.

- Execute general maintenance and repairs, including minor fixes for common-area kitchens, BBQs, iron facilities, and lights, and responding promptly to urgent issues via 2‑way radio.

- Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs, including establishing procedures, selecting suppliers, and ensuring all work meets budget, management standards, and maximises resource efficiency.

- Adhere strictly to safety and operational standards, working within company health and safety procedures, following all industry and statutory regulations, and maintaining standards for all operational areas.

Skills and Experience required

- Experience in general property and grounds maintenance and repairs.

- Experience in a similar role within accommodation, real estate or hospitality (highly regarded).

- Physical ability to move and relocate soft furnishings around the property.

- Comprehensive understanding of basic OH&S principles and chemical handling.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.

- National Police Check & Working with Children Check (must be willing to obtain).

- Valid QLD Drivers Licence with no driving restrictions (required).
