This global logistic business requires a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Engineering Maintenance team for a 18-month fixed term contract.

**About the role**:
The Maintenance Planning Coordinator works in a large maintenance team in the Port of Brisbane offices, working on a Monday - Friday roster.
Reporting to the Superintendent Maintenance Planner, The Coordinator - Maintenance Planning coordinates the development and delivery of work plans and schedules to optimise efficient maintenance execution and asset uptime to support the operations in achieving their objectives of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
What you will be doing:

- Plans and schedules all maintenance work (online, offline, preventative, predictive, and corrective) including its inputs (material, equipment, and labour);
- Prepares and issues the weekly maintenance schedule ensuring approval is given by the Maintenance Superintendent;
- Reviews and processes for (quality and priority) all maintenance notifications daily;
- Develops and continuously improves a library of maintenance task lists in SAP that facilitates the planning of the work;
- Ensures closure of maintenance work orders and history recording in line with the standard set by Reliability;
- Supports the execution control of the annual maintenance budget on behalf of the Maintenance Supervisor;
- Ensures, through collaboration with the Maintenance Superintendent, cost-effective maintenance execution resourcing is in place and adjusted to deliver weekly schedule in line with preventative/corrective maintenance and cost requirements;
- Issuing general clearance certificates (permit to work) for asset maintenance activities;
- Scheduling with vendors and conducting repair facility site audits;
- Raising fault reports and repair work orders.

**To be successful in this role;**
- Experience working in the field of maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Strong Customer service experience;
- Very good Computer and IT skills;
- Sound knowledge of SAP;
- Good communication skills both internally and externally.

**Job Type**: Fixed Term Contract: $100,000 - $110,000 + Super

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
