CFC Operations Continuous Improvement Lead - Hawthorn East

About the role

Coles is seeking a CFC & Hub Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team and drive operational excellence across our CFC and Hub operations. This pivotal role will identify key opportunities to increase efficiency and value, while leading projects and initiatives that enhance processes.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies for CFC & Hub operations.
- Managing change assessments, including impact analysis, resource planning, and communication strategies.
- Providing operational expertise and leadership in project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes in areas such as budgets, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Leading commercial analysis and offering recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Overseeing the procurement of goods and services necessary for process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of operations. If you're a proactive leader with a passion for continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
