Your Role Are you a marketing professional with a knack for turning briefs into compelling campaigns? We’re on the hunt for an energetic Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Operations crew and bring bold ideas to life. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing Operations and be involved in planning, building, and launching campaigns that fuel demand, engage customers, and guide them through their journey. This role offers a chance to experiment with lifecycle marketing and shape how we communicate with customers and prospects, infusing our quirky brand into every pixel and message. This is a hybrid position primarily based at our Brisbane Head Office, with flexibility for applicants located in Sydney. Responsibilities - Build and launch multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. - Design lifecycle marketing programs that nurture, onboard, and delight customers at every touchpoint. - Support demand generation initiatives to attract, convert, and retain high-quality leads. - Analyze performance, draw insights, and optimize campaigns. - Collaborate with global teams (APAC, EMEA, Americas) to align campaigns and share best practices. - Experiment and iterate to try new approaches. - Provide operational support to the Head of Marketing Operations and CMO; help keep priorities moving and projects on track. Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience focusing on campaign management, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation. - Experience with HTML/CSS for email and web. - Marketo (or other Marketing Automation) skills, with hands-on experience. - Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. - Enjoy finding ways to improve processes and results. - Data-driven decision maker with a creative twist. - Comfortable working across globally distributed teams and time zones; ability to communicate clearly and asynchronously. Bonus Points - Experience in B2B tech or SaaS. - Experience using Salesforce. - Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - An interest in tech, computing, or networking.
