Tourism New Zealand is on a mission to attract high-quality, committed travellers who contribute positively to Aotearoa across our four capitals—economic, environmental, cultural, and social.In this role, you'll help bring campaigns to life that inspire Australians to choose New Zealand. You'll plan and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with world class media, creative agencies, tourism partners, and internal teams to deliver high-impact activity across digital, content, social, and paid media channels. You'll also lead the performance and optimisation of content and campaign pages on newzealand.com for Australia, ensuring every touchpoint is compelling and conversion-ready.You'll be someone who thrives on executional excellence, with an eye for performance and an understanding of how to connect with audiences through conversational marketing. Your commercial acumen will help ensure every campaign delivers real value—driving visitation, spend, and regional dispersal.**What you will need** **|** **Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga*** Digital marketing experience preferable either within a marketing communications role or a media buying agency.* Experienced delivering consumer marketing campaigns that are insight-led, brand-aligned, and results-driven.* Experience in partnership management and co-operative campaign planning & execution, ideally within destination marketing.* Expertise across the full marketing mix, with a strong grasp of media integration and digital performance.* Commercial acumen and the ability to align marketing activity with strategic business outcomes* Well-developed project management capability* A collaborative mindset and able to build relationships with ease as you will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders and agencies to deliver results.**Sound like you** **|** **Māu rānei**At Tourism New Zealand, you'll be part of a purpose-driven organisation that's passionate about showcasing the best of Aotearoa NZ to the world.
