About the Positions
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming space for all? Richmond Tweed Regional Library (RTRL) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Library Assistants. We’re offering two permanent part-time positions, each for 14 hours per week. These roles will be primarily based at the Tweed Heads branch, but may require you to work at different locations during employment. As a Library Assistant, you will help deliver high-quality service to library patrons as part of a multi-skilled team, providing support across the organisation as needed. Your main responsibilities include assisting in maintaining and providing access to library collections, facilitating children’s programs, communicating effectively with patrons, and using automated information systems and databases.
