This is a Fixed Term Part Time vacancy at 30.4 hours per fortnight with the possibility of extension/s and/or permanency.
Are you a dedicated and experienced Staff Development Nurse looking for an enriching opportunity to enhance patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment? Albany Health Campus is seeking a passionate Staff Development Nurse – Neonatal and Paediatrics.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence-based nursing care incorporating quality and risk management related to neonatal and paediatric care.
- Demonstrated clinical teaching and supervisory skills with an understanding of adult learning perspectives, and the use of critical reflection.
- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills including team leadership and the ability to work effectively with others.
- Demonstrated computer skills to enable research, teaching of navigation of online policy access, internal communication and completing online learning resources.
- Current knowledge of legislative obligations for Equal Opportunity, Disability Services and Occupational Safety and Health, and how these impact on delivery of teaching and education services.
