The Program Analyst role will support data-driven program development and reporting for the EWP**Benefits:*** 18 weeks paid parental leave for Primary Carer after 6 months of service* Private Health Insurance Discounts* Gym & Wellbeing Discounts* Employee assistance program* Health & Beauty Discounts* Novated Lease for EV Cars**Duties include but not limited to*** Support the development and maintenance of the EWP Prioritisation Matrix* Analyse project data, assess risks, complexities, and viability to inform program decision making* Develop and enhance program reporting capabilities to support continuous improvement* Assist in analysing Requirements and bundling activities using machine learning and natural language processing tools* Support the coordination of prioritisation activities for Potential Projects* Prepare program update reports and analyse trends to inform program development* Utilise advanced analytics to track program and project performance against baselines* Work closely with the Digital Operations team to integrate data from various sources* Support the Program Development team in developing comprehensive reports for Defence* Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and input for program improvement initiatives* Assist in accurate reporting on aspects of the EWP**What you will bring:*** Baseline Clearance (or the ability to obtain this ie: Australian Citizenship) is mandatory for this position* A degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, business analysis, or related discipline* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, program/project analysis, or similar role* Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other analytics platforms* Experience in interpreting complex data sets and converting insights into actionable recommendations* Proficiency with program management software and digital collaboration tools* Ability to work with machine learning and natural language processing outputs* Understanding of program management methodologies and best practices* Ability to analyse trends, identify patterns, and develop insights to support decision-making* Experience in developing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholders* Demonstrated success in aligning program objectives with organisational strategic goals* Proficiency in software applications commonly used in project and program management* Strong written and verbal communication skills**What to expect from us:**As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
