**About the role**

The ePMO analyst’s role is to manage and control documents, such as form templates, meeting minutes, reports, plans, and schedules. The ePMO analyst is also responsible for the administration of the PPM platform, managing and supporting the access to the platform, and supporting Project Managers in delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively organise and support the commitments of the Project Portfolio Manager
- Consolidate Portfolio, Program and Project information and provide weekly status reporting
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Processes for Client activities
- Identify process improvements to the Client activities and workflows
- Proactive support for the generation of metrics (e.g., dashboards) used by program management, maintenance of data sources (through the PPM Platform) related to dashboard-based deliverables
- Proactive execution of ePMO tasking as required to support program objectives and deadlines
- Support and management of the PPM platform
- Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating correspondence, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing ePMO work such as: prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, electronic filing of relevant documentation, Schedules management
- Basic monitoring of project costs, progress against schedule from the Project Management System
- A number of years experience in a similar PMO or Project Coordinator/Analyst /Scheduler position
- Able to research and write up a project related brief
- PPM Platform (Planview/Changepoint SA or Daptive) preferred but not essential
- MS Project
- MS Office Suite: Visio, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Waterfall and Agile methodology
- Project Coordinator or Certificate in Project Management. Credit or Distinction level average

**Open to Australian citizens who possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a (Baseline, NV1) personnel security clearance**
