Associate Director Inclusive Education, Maximum Term Fulltime, Commencing January 2026
As the inaugural Associate Director of Inclusive Education, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading inclusive education across K–12. Representing Inclusive Education at the Executive level, you will drive the vision, strategy, and policy development in learning enhancement, gifted education, and EAL/D. With a strong focus on building staff capability in differentiation, enrichment, and inclusive teaching practices, you will also oversee student identification, case management, and compliance requirements (including NCCD and SCSA). Central to the role is fostering meaningful partnerships with parents and the wider community through visibility, workshops, and clear communication, while promoting a culture of high expectations and personalised learning pathways for every student.
This is a maximum term, fulltime (1.0 FTE) role, commencing 2026. The position will report directly to the Head of Junior School and Head of Secondary School and will work closely with the academic and pastoral leadership teams. As a new position within the College, the job description will continue to evolve as the role is further developed and embedded.

Dean of Academics and Future Pathways Full-time Commencing Term 1 2026
Penrhos College is seeking an exceptional leader to take on the role of Dean of Academics & Future Pathways — a position that sits at the heart of academic excellence and student success. This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence the learning journey of every student, ensuring they are supported, challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.
As Dean of Academics & Future Pathways, you will lead the strategic direction of academic services across the College, driving innovation in curriculum delivery, data-informed practice and staff development. You will bring vision, energy and expertise to the oversight of timetabling, assessment, compliance and student pathways, creating an environment where both students and staff thrive.

ICT Service Delivery Officer, Commencing Term 4, Permanent Fulltime (1.0 FTE)
The College is seeking to appoint an ICT Service Delivery Officer (SDO) to commence in Term 4, 2025. This is a permanent opportunity for a full-time (1.0 FTE) SDO to join the team to assist with the management of an efficient and customer focussed IT Department.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while resolving basic IT issues, logging incidents, and escalating as required.
Comprehensive training will be provided so this role is ideal for someone with a passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
