We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Property Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Hawkesbury campus/student accommodation location. If you’re passionate about creating a great resident experience and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be your perfect fit.

What You Will Do

- Lead property operations while enhancing resident satisfaction and streamlining administration.

- Maximise occupancy and budgets with a keen focus on performance and efficiency.

- Build strong partnerships with university stakeholders and key external partners.

- Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence across two dynamic sites.

- Ensure full compliance with safety standards and legislative requirements.

About You

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

- Prior experience in hospitality, student accommodation or property management

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- A solutions-focused mindset and desire to grow professionally

- Confident decision-maker with exceptional attention to detail
