### Job Description**The Opportunity.**Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a motivated **Sales Support Coordinator** to join our Field sales team based in Sydney.You'll play a key role supporting our Retail Bakery and Grocery Sales teams — helping to coordinate communications, track performance, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.This is a great role for someone who's organised, detail-oriented and hungry to learn how a major FMCG business operates day-to-day.**What You Will Do*** Coordinate weekly and monthly promotional communications for the Field Sales team.* Support campaign activations with clear, engaging briefs and selling tools.* Manage trackers for budgets, planning, and performance.* Provide accurate reporting and insights to help drive results.* Streamline processes and communication to make the team even more effective.* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across varied locations.**What You Will Bring*** Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Confidence using Excel and managing data.* A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.* High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.* An eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced FMCG business.* FMCG or sales support experience is a bonus — but not essential.At Goodman Fielder, our purpose is Making everyday food better for everyone.
