We're looking for a Sales Cadet who's ready to learn fast, think big, and help power Australia's infrastructure. In this role, you'll dive into the world of fuel systems, gaining hands-on experience with technical sales, client engagement, and solution delivery. From supporting tenders to shadowing site visits, you'll be part of a team that connects critical infrastructure with the people who keep it running. Your opportunity

IOR is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to help drive tank and fuel tech sales across Australia. You'll assist with quotes, customer docs, and rental coordination, while learning product specs and supporting site visits. This dynamic role blends CRM management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing input to boost performance and customer experience. Join a fast-paced team where precision, collaboration, and impact fuel every day.

• Drive sales and rentals of tanks, fuel equipment, and technology alongside the Equipment & Tech Sales Manager
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and customer documentation with precision and professionalism
• Learn product specs, conduct site visits, and assess equipment fit for customer needs
• Track rental fleet performance, manage CRM records, and follow up on leads
• Support marketing efforts, build stakeholder relationships, and assist at trade shows and events

What you'll bring

• Recent graduate in business or technical fields with a current driver's licence
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude and team mindset
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a hands-on environment
• Mechanically minded with interest in industrial equipment and operations
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
