We’re seeking an experienced Training and Development Professional to design, deliver and embed engaging learning programs that drive growth and performance.

- Contract role: Immediate start, ending 30 June 2026

- Location: Western Suburbs of Sydney | Hybrid working arrangement

What You’ll Do

- Conduct consultation workshops to identify training needs and align programs with organisational goals

- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to tailor learning to the NRAR context

- Design and develop modern, interactive learning materials (including SCORM-compliant content)

- Coordinate and deliver workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions

- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements

- Embed training into onboarding programs for new and transitioning employees

- Build capability and confidence within internal SME trainers

- Promote training opportunities and drive engagement across the organisation

What You’ll Bring

- Strong IT background with experience using eLearning tools and platforms

- Proven ability to create engaging digital and in-person training (SCORM, video, voiceovers, presentations)

- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse audiences

- Strong organisational and project management skills

- Ability to influence, motivate and build relationships at all levels

Key Challenges

- Developing training with limited existing materials

- Translating business needs into fit-for-purpose learning solutions

- Staying up-to-date with system and policy changes impacting training
