Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with the Western District Health Service, offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join their dedicated team as a Business Administration Trainee within the Aged Care sector.

This role offers the chance to gain valuable hands‑on experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. As a trainee, you’ll take on a range of administrative tasks that support the daily operations of the organisation. It’s an ideal entry point for someone looking to build strong administration skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, while contributing to meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of others.

Tasks include:

- Assisting in day‑to‑day operations

- Providing administrative support to staff and clients

- Providing customer service via phone and face‑to‑face

- Ability to multitask

- Performing administration tasks where required

- Learning to use client management systems

- Managing incoming and outgoing communications

- General IT tasks as required

Qualifications:

- A keen interest in a career in the Business industry

- An ability to deal with a broad range of clients

- A professional, positive and friendly disposition

- Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment

- A strong work ethic including reliability and punctuality

- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
