IEPro are working with a respected civil contractor to hire a Senior Project Manager based in Brisbane.

With a strong presence across Queensland, this business delivers technically challenging infrastructure projects across transport, water, remediation, and urban development.

This is an opportunity to lead large‑scale civil projects from conception to completion, supported by a professional team that values quality, accountability, and collaboration.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to drive performance and project success.

This role suits an experienced project leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys developing teams, and takes pride in delivering work that makes a lasting impact on Queensland’s infrastructure network.

The Role

- Lead and manage all phases of civil project delivery from pre‑construction through to completion

- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and performance targets

- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring open communication and positive outcomes

- Provide strong leadership to site and engineering teams

- Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all operations

- Contribute to tender reviews and pre‑contracts planning for upcoming projects

- Mentor emerging engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

About You

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

- Minimum ten years of experience in civil infrastructure project delivery

- Proven success managing large‑scale projects across roadworks, utilities, or earthworks

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract administration

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment

- A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
