Resourceful Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Civil Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across a complex, operational precinct. This role is ideal for a generalist with strong civil expertise and a proven ability to deliver projects safely in live environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the full lifecycle of civil and infrastructure projects, from planning and procurement to construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage pavement works, lighting upgrades, enabling works, and associated infrastructure projects.
- Ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide accurate project inputs for scheduling in MS Project, aligned with Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects with minimal operational disruption.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, and risk, reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in civil infrastructure project management, ideally in operational or complex environments.
- Knowledge of pavement works, infrastructure quality assurance, and lighting projects.
- Experience with enabling works and operational readiness requirements.
- Understanding of project scheduling, with experience feeding and interpreting data in MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and contract administration skills.
