Job Title: Physiotherapist – Dalby, Queensland.

Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time.

Practice Information: Multidisciplinary practice with Chiropractic and Physiotherapy.

Position Description: This busy Allied health clinic is looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join their team. This local, family-owned practice has a strong focus on innovation, evidence-based practice, and delivering excellent patient outcomes. They utilise industry leading equipment, encourage ongoing professional development and take a patient centred approach to our workplace. They are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist, excited about working in a multidisciplinary team alongside chiropractors and remedial massage therapists. They value their team and offer flexibility around working hours and conditions. They are well known throughout the community for our patient centered approach and willingness to collaborate as a team across various disciplines to achieve optimal results. They have a strong network throughout the community with GP clinics, gyms, pilates studios and sporting clubs.

Personal Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, conscientious and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently.
- Good health and physically fit.
- Reliable and organised. Sound problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Genuine interest in people and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration or ability to obtain.
- A current driver's licence.
- A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.

After Hours Requirements: No

On Offer:

- Remuneration well above industry standard
- Total package $100 -150K+ (for a full time equivalent)
- Incentive Bonuses
- 10K yearly CPD allowance for eligible candidates (Health workforce QLD)
