TT Building Consultants is an organisation committed to providing high quality professional services as a Building Consultancy Practice on the Sunshine Coast. Established in Queensland in 1993, they have built an enviable reputation as specialists in Fire Safety, Commercial Building Certification and Building Code of Australia Compliance. TTBC provide services to clients such as the Australian Defence Force, State Governments and Tier 1 Organisations.

About the Role:

This is a support role providing a permanent part-time opportunity for a motivated individual with exceptional work ethic and keen attention to detail.

The position will involve proofreading a high volume of reports whilst maintaining an exceptional level of accuracy in a very repetitive work environment and data entry into multiple Excel spreadsheets. You will need to have a strong attention to detail and work efficiency to meet client demands. Ideally having intermediate Excel skills including knowledge of formulas to be utilised in this role for data entry will be advantageous.

The role will suit someone who has the utmost integrity, thrives on working in a high-volume repetitive work environment with attention to detail. You will have a sense of humour and the ability to integrate into a highly productive, work conscious and supportive friendly team.

Your Skills and Attributes:

- Intermediate level excel spreadsheet skills is highly desirable.
- Exceptional proof-reading skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional data entry skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Flexibility to undertake a range of tasks as required & be flexible when unexpected changes occur.
- Exceptional ethical standards and demonstrated reliability.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and under direction of Management.
- Be proactive & self-motivated.
- Passion, drive and enthusiasm.
- Great sense of humour and down to earth approach.
