You will be working on a busy Technology Program, assisting with the sourcing, collation and organisation of data, into usable reports and templates for various stakeholders and project members. This role will seek to alleviate the Program Manager's workload, by taking away all of the manual data processing and reporting responsibilities.

Another aspect of this role will be to fully document all processes, in order to help build enough knowledge to eventually automate a lot of the reporting. This role will be expected to feed this information into a future initiative which will look at automation.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- An interest and experience in working with data and reports
- An interest in working with very manual data sourcing processes
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (no advanced skills required)
- Strong documentation skills
- Very strong attention to detail and initiative

This position is an initial
**6 month contract** and would ideally be set up as a hybrid office/work from home in either the Brisbane or Sydney office.
