We are seeking an additional Healthcare Scheduler to our team who has a passion for allocating our health team into a variety of locations including private hospitals, aged care and disability facilities in Metro and Regional locations.

About the Role
ChoiceOne are currently seeking to add an additional Healthcare Scheduler to our team who have a passion for allocating our pre vetted candidates into a variety of health related environments including Metro and Regional locations utilising our state of the art scheduling system.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring first class service delivery to our clients
- Co-ordinate day to day enquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Co-ordinate our temporary workforce in a variety of Health Care facilities
- Maintain regular contact and develop relationships with candidates/clients by telephone and or email.
- Assisting with compliance for all health care workers.
- Provide feedback to our recruiters of market gaps
- Provide information and confirmation of bookings to clients/candidates.
- Maintain contact with clients to identify additional shortfalls
Requirements
- previous Healthcare scheduling/rostering experience
- advanced computer, database and administrative skills
- ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships with internal and external stake holders
- highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with employees at all levels
- demonstrated ability to use initiative, to resolve problems, and thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment
- calmness in day to day happenings but your sense of humour resonating.
