Overview

Job Description

A national building partner with a strong pipeline of data centre projects across NSW is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join its high-performing commercial team. With projects ranging from $20M - $500M, this role is pivotal in driving the commercial success of complex, services-heavy builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of head contracts, variations, procurement, and subcontractor agreements on $20M+ projects.
- Provide end-to-end commercial management from project award to handover.
- Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Manage reporting, risk, and compliance across high-security infrastructure builds.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to broader project commercial strategy.

What You Bring

- Proven experience completing the full lifecycle of at least one data centre project ($20M+) with a building head contractor.
- Strong background in contract administration, cost control, and commercial reporting.
- Ability to manage complex subcontractor and consultant packages in a services-heavy environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
- Must be an Australian Citizen due to project security requirements.
