About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and detail‑oriented VASS Coordinator/Student Services Assistant to join our community. This pivotal role plays a key part in supporting the effective operation of the Senior School, ensuring the accurate and timely management of VCE and VET data through the VASS system. Reporting to the Head of Academic Care, the position provides essential administrative support to the Heads of Year 11 and 12, Senior School staff, and Student Services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, discretion, and initiative, contributing to the smooth coordination of academic processes and efficient communication across the Senior School.> This is a part‑time, ongoing position, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the academic success and wellbeing of our students while playing an integral role within our supportive and collaborative community. Key Responsibilities / - Manage VCE and VET data through the VASS system. - Provide administrative support to Year 11/12 heads, senior staff, and student services. - Coordinate academic processes and communication across the Senior School. - Maintain accuracy, discretion, and initiative in all tasks. Qualifications & Skills - VASS experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Excellent networking and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with all members of the community. - A passion for problem‑solving and achieving common goals. - Excellent time‑management skills. - Effective resource coordination. - Calm under pressure. - Enjoyment of, and ability to relate to young people. - Experience in a similar role highly desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and database management systems (Synergetic preferred).
