Role Summary

As a Goodstart Educator, you/'ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

- Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart North Sydney is Rated Meeting National Quality Standards.

- Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning North Sydney – West Street offers a secure setting with easy accessibility to buses and trains.

- Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child/'s needs, interests, and strengths.

You/u2019ll need

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

- Current NSW Working with Children Check
